Hospitable, friendly, absolutely beautiful. We didn't even want to leave our rooms, except to go to the spa!

Breakfast at the restaurant was a little expensive, but not unlike other hotels.

Vino Bello is fabulous, and I will definitely stay there again. I have already recommended it to friends and family. We were able to rent a movie and get free popcorn, which was the perfect ending to a weekend that included a marathon in San Francisco. Everyone was so very friendly. There is a great place to run if you want to get outside. The spa and winery are so beautiful. It was as if they had everything. Napa has to offer right there in one location. The suite was spacious and clean.

It was way overpriced.

It's a very nice hotel, however I have received more accommodations at lesser hotels. I feel the resort thinks they are better than others and it shows.

Shallow pool, I’ll equipped fitness center, that's all.

Rooms were very comfortable, bed linens great.

Nothing I didn't like.

This resort is part of Shell Vacations and it is possible that you could buy a timeshare or something similar. Timeshares do not interest my husband or myself but it is certainly a beautiful property.

Location.

The facility feels like an apartment complex, not a luxury resort. The room was claustrophobic and we had a view of our car in the parking lot.
